Marilyn Monroe, nicknamed the blonde bombshell because of her blonde hair! She had a height of 5ft 5 and a half inches, with and occupation of a model, singer and and actress!!!!!!
The name she was born with was Norma Jeane Mortenson, but later, she changed it to the name we remember her by today, Marilyn Monroe!!!
Her tragic death, a mystery, but the only one who knew lay 6ft under...
Early life:
Marilyn was born on the 1st June 1926 in the Los Angles County Hospital.
As a child, Marilyn was moved to many foster homes. At her very last one, at the age of 16, she was told she could either go back into care or marry because the family she was living with couldn't afford to keep her!!
In the end, on the 19th June 1942, she married Jimmy Dougherty, who was aged 21, who she had been dating for 6 months! She married him because she didn't want to go back into care!
Later that year, while working in an engineering factory, split up with Jimmy to marry a man she called "Daddy"!
